Do you sell both new and used appliances?
Yes. We carry brand-new appliances from top manufacturers and a rotating selection of one-of-a-kind used appliances that are tested and reconditioned by our team.
Do you offer delivery, and how much is it?
Yes, we deliver across Columbus, Grove City, Westerville, Dublin and Central Ohio. Local delivery starts at $50 (larger appliances like stacksets and large refrigerators start at $100). Your exact fee depends on the items, distance, and access, and we confirm it with you before delivery.
Do you install appliances and haul away my old one?
We include courtesy installation and old-appliance haul-away when it's reasonable. Dishwasher and microwave installation is $150. We don't install furniture. Difficult access (e.g., upper floors without an elevator, tight spaces, or removing doors/railings) may add fees, and our team will let you know.
Do your appliances come with a warranty?
Yes. Used appliances include a 30-day warranty, scratch & dent appliances carry a 1-year warranty, and new appliances come with the full manufacturer warranty.
How does the scratch & dent 1-year warranty work?
Scratch & dent appliances carry a 1-year warranty: the first 30 days are covered directly by Columbus Appliances, and the remaining 11 months are covered by a third-party plan through CPS Warranties. A $99 deductible applies to the CPS-covered portion.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, flexible financing options are available so you can get the appliance you need today. Ask us at checkout or in store.
Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Absolutely. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready at our Columbus showroom.
